Busam Nissan

I was unfortunately involved in an accident and my car was totaled out. I had to (unexpectedly) shop for a car for the 1st time since the pandemic and boy were things totally different! I went to a couple different dealerships and it was a NIGHTMARE. I was feeling really overwhelmed with the whole process until i saw the car I wanted online, submitted an inquiry to see if it was still available and Corey Gross reached out the next day to set me up with an appointment to come in and test drive. He was very knowledgeable, patient and wasn't trying to "upsell" me on a car. He offered a couple different cars that i might like and let me test drive each one. I ended up walking out with the car I wanted and with a monthly payment within my desired price range also. It's been almost 3 weeks since I bought my car and reached out to Corey a couple times and he's still very responsive and answers any questions I have. Would highly recommend this dealer and Corey!

Sam Allan, our salesman, was great! The entire experience was extremely fast and easy. Usually when you buy a car at the super-center dealerships, you are there for a day and a half waiting! At Busam I was out before I could sit down. (I live near and drove past two of those mega-dealers to come to Busam.) All the personnel there were very friendly and made me feel like one of the family. They even bought my old car for cash and when the check was not going to be cut until the next day, they offered to bring the check to me, instead of me having to come back to get it! I have already recommended them to a friend looking for a new car. As for their service, the reason I came back to Busam is I had work done on my old Senta there and was so impressed with their service department. I was a valued person there, not just another numbered customer.

Terrible dealership I would never go here again. I been a Nissan member since 2017 and this is the first dealership I had the worse experience. They definitely up charge you on items. My battery died and my vehicle needed an oil change . I took it to this dealership and they wanted to charge 215 for a replacement battery that only has 2 year replacement warranty so I simply advised to not replace the battery sure enough when I went to get my car and got the bill they charged $160!!!! To test the battery!?! The paper even said customer advised battery is dead , but because I didn’t buy a new battery , to earn money they hit me with a $160 fee? On the Nissan website it says battery test are complimentary when my husband and I asked questions they didn’t acknowledge what the Nissan website said nor did they even explain why I’m being charged $160. I will never recommend this dealership To a friend nor would I ever go back to this dealership just to get Robbed
